In February, 2024, Historic Oliver Community Association received a grant for $31,000 from Chesapeake Bay Trust, to do a Green Infrastructure Master plan for the Oliver
community.
In May, 2024, Historic Oliver Community Association, formerly Baltimore Oliver Community Association, started the vision planning process for the community's new green infrastructure master plan! The firm Envirocollab, and Cityscape Engineering, both women-owned firms, were hired to work with the community to create the strategic plan for Historic Oliver.
